Two Awards in Two Days Kick Off What is Expected to be a Monumental Month for Financial Technology Solution Provider, LBA Ware

MACON, GA- (March 11, 2015) – Having just received two highly acclaimed honors within two days and with an upcoming launch of a new software solution, March is shaping up to be a monumental month for software provider, Lending & Banking Automation Software (LBA Ware).

Last Tuesday, HousingWire released this year’s list of TECH100™ companies, naming LBA Ware as one of the housing economy’s most innovative technology providers. Each year, HousingWire highlights 100 technology companies for driving innovation across mortgage lending, servicing, and investments and real estate technology.

Over 250 companies submitted nominations this year, illustrating the widespread importance of technology adoption in the industry. “Technology is changing both the mortgage and real estate industries in tangible and positive ways. The honorees that are part of the HW TECH100™ are shaping this revolution, helping forge the future of an industry that drives the U.S. economic engine,” said Paul Jackson, publisher and CEO at HousingWire. The editors at HousingWire selected LBA Ware for providing lenders with an innovative solution to proactively manage their compensation processes – something that is often handled manually on spreadsheets.

LBA Ware’s cutting-edge solutions which alleviate manual and repetitive tasks were highlighted again last Wednesday by the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG). For a second year in a row, TAG named LBA Ware as one of its Top 40 Innovative Technology Companies in Georgia.

Calling this year’s Top 40 an “elite group of innovators,” LBA Ware, who has bootsrapped and grown organically without any outside fundraising or monetary resources, represents the wealth of Georgia’s technology community. TAG will recognize LBA Ware and the prestigious Top 40 group at the 2015 Georgia Technology Summit on March 25, 2015 in Atlanta.

“It is an exciting time to be in the software business. The mortgage lending industry is breaking free of the recession, turning to intelligent technology partners to bolster their business and increase profitability,” said Lori Brewer, founder and lead software engineer at LBA Ware. “I am excited to be creating solutions that help our clients grow and prosper.”

This recognition is coming at an already exciting time for LBA Ware. Later this week LBA Ware is releasing a new version of DRAW. DRAW is a construction lending portal that helps clients keep construction projects on schedule and in-balance. The online SaaS portal provides total visibility to loan records, inspections, and disbursements.
