Lending & Banking Automation Software to celebrate big move with ribbon cutting ceremony
Macon, GA, September 9, 2015 – Financial services technology provider, LBA Ware, known for its automated loan officer compensation calculation software and system integration solutions, announced it will hold a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate success, growth, community, and local support. The event will take place at the company’s new office in downtown Macon located at 355 Cotton Ave, Macon, GA 31201 on Wednesday, September 16, 2015 at 11am.
“I am thrilled to see another business choosing to locate Downtown. This is an exciting time to be working in economic development in Macon,” said Steven Fulbright, business and economic development specialist for Macon-Bibb County Economic and Community Development.
LBA Ware owner and lead software engineer adds “so much hard work is going into the revitalization of Downtown and it’s paying off. It’s important to all of us here at LBA Ware to contribute to the ongoing efforts of making Macon the hub of Middle Georgia and we felt moving headquarters downtown would be the best way to do so.”
Over the past year, LBA Ware has grown tremendously, both in staff size and market share. This growth and success fueled the need for a new company headquarters. Just in the last few months they hired two additional software developers to assist with the design, development, and implementation of the company’s 20 plus unique software applications built for mid-sized mortgage lending and retail banking firms across the nation. Clients include State Bank & Trust Company, Churchill Mortgage, Envoy Mortgage, InterLinc Mortgage Services, Reliant Bank Mortgage Services, and PrimeLending a PlainsCapital Company, among others.
